खेल दिवस के अवसर पर किया गया लॉन्च

आज भारत में कई तरह की बीमारी बढ़ रही हैं, आज 30 साल के युवक को भी हार्ट अटैक की खबर आती है. उन्होंने कहा कि ये हमारे लाइफस्टाइल की वजह से हो रहा है, उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार अपना काम करेगी लेकिन हर परिवार को इसके बारे में सोचना चाहिए.

• यूजीसी ने इस दिन कम से कम 10,000 कदम चलने और इसका अपने रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी में पालन करने के लिए भी कहा है.
• यूजीसी ने उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों को इंस्टिट्यूशनल फिटनेस प्लान बनाने और सभी को अपनाने और उसका अभ्यास करने के लिए दैनिक व्यायाम गतिविधियों को शामिल करने के लिए भी कहा हैं.
• इसके साथ ही एक फिटनेस इंडिया मूवमेंट पोर्टल भी यूजीसी द्वारा शुरू किया जायेगा, जहाँ सभी संस्थान अपने फिटनेस एक्शन प्लान को अपलोड करेंगे. यह सभी संस्थानों के लिए अनिवार्य होगा कि वे नोटिस बोर्ड और उनकी सभी सम्बंधित वेबसाइट्स पर फिटनेस प्लान को अपलोड करेंगे और साथ ही उसका प्रचार भी करेंगे.
• केन्द्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (सीबीएसई) ने अपने सभी सम्बंधित स्कूलों को फिट इंडिया अभियान के लांच इवेंट को देखने और सुनने के लिए आवश्यक व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए हैं.
• इस अभियान में किये जाने वाले मोदी जी के संबोधन को देखने के लिए यूजीसी और सीबीएसई दोनों ने सभी शिक्षण संस्थानों से यह भी कहा हैं कि वे अपने संस्थान में आयोजित लांच इवेंट को देखने के वीडियो और तस्वीरें भी अपलोड करें, जो अधिकारीयों द्वारा बनाये गये एक मोनिटरिंग पोर्टल पर किये जायेंगे.

इस अभियान के उद्देश्य को पूरा करने के लिए और सभी शैक्षणिक संस्थान को इसमें शामिल किये जाने के लिए सरकार एवं संबंधित मंत्रालय द्वारा आग्रह किया गया है, कि वे अपने जीवन में फिटनेस का लक्ष्य निर्धारित करें और फिट रहें.

Step by Step Guide to Retrieve Lost Aadhaar

Mobile number/e-mail address: It is important to give correct mobile number and e-mail address at the time of Aadhaar card registration as you will get the One Time Password (OTP) on either of the two in order to retrieve your lost Aadhaar card.

Log in: click here   and here’s how you can download the duplicate copy of your Aadhaar card. Click on ‘Aadhaar Online Services’, select ‘Retrieve Lost UID/EID’ and follow the given steps.

OTP: To get an OTP number, it is important to give the correct mobile number and e-mail address, as mentioned above.

Conformation: Fill in the OTP in the given box on the website and you will receive your Aadhaar number on e-mail or mobile number.

Download: Click on ‘Download Aadhaar’ and enter your Aadhaar number and other details such as pin code and house address. You will receive another OTP for downloading the Aadhaar card. The pdf file is password protected and hence, you need to follow the instructions mentioned in the website to access it.

Steps to Download Duplicate e-Aadhaar Card Online

Downloading a duplicate copy of Aadhaar is necessary when the original copy is lost. One tends to panic in such scenarios. There are simple steps that can help in the retrieval of your e-Aadhaar.

Visit the Official Aadhaar Card Portal – eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/

Choose from Enrolment ID or Aadhaar no. once the page is open.

If you have the enrolment number with you, choose Enrolment number or if you have Aadhaar number, select the Aadhaar

Input enrolment number/Aadhaar number in the given input space.

Enter your full Name and Pincode

You will be asked to enter the Captcha code for security purposes. Input the letters / digits visible on the image.

You need to enter your mobile number and click on the Get One-time Password

OTP (One-time Password) will be sent to the registered number

Now you need to enter the OTP

Now click on the button that says ” Validate & Download”

Your Duplicate Aadhaar card will now be downloaded in the pdf format

Use Zip code as password.

Take print.

Performing a factory reset from within Windows 10

To get started in performing a factory reset, log into your Windows machine and access the Windows Recovery tool. If your computer is not functioning properly or you've lost access to your account, we'll have alternate steps for you further in. However, if you do have access the tool through Windows, here's what you need to do.

Step one: Open the Recovery tool.
You can reach the tool a number of ways. The quickest is to press the Windows Key to open the Windows search bar, type "Reset" and select the "Reset this PC" option.

You can also reach it by pressing Windows Key + X and selecting Settings from the pop-up menu. From there, choose Update & Security in the new window then Recovery on the left navigation bar.

Step two: Start the factory reset.
It's really this easy. From the Recovery tool, simply find the section with the heading "Reset this PC," which wouldn’t be hard as it will be the very first one. Underneath it, you'll see a button that says "Get started."

Click on "Get started," and a new window will pop up prompting you to "Keep my files" or "Remove everything." For a proper factory reset, opt to "Remove everything." If you just want to refresh your machine and keep your files, choose “Keep my files.”

(Note: Make sure your computer is charging, as Windows 10 may not start a reset if the device isn't plugged in.)

Once you’ve selected the option you want, Windows will prepare the reset.

If you chose to remove everything, Windows will prompt you one more time. You'll have the option to simply remove everything using the "Just remove my files" option, or to have Windows also wipe the drive using the "Remove files and clean drive."

The latter option is more secure, as it reduces the chances of someone recovering the data from your computer. If you're selling or recycling your computer, you must choose this option.

(Note: If your computer has multiple drives, Windows may ask whether you want to erase them as well, or whether you want to erase only the drive where Windows is installed.)

Performing a factory reset without logging in

If you can't log on to Windows 10 computer, don’t panic. We have an alternate route for you to factory reset Windows 10 and your machine. The result will be the same as the above method, but the way to get there will be slightly different.

Step one: Access the Advanced startup tool.
You have two ways to access the the Advanced startup tool.

Find out if your computer starts up, and you can get to the Windows log-in screen. If you can, press the on-screen power button, and while holding the Shift key, press the restart button. Your computer will reboot and take you to the Advanced startup tool.

However, if your computer isn’t booting into Windows properly, you can reach the Advanced startup tool by power-cycling your computer instead. This is done by powering up the computer then holding the power button to shut it down before it fully boots. Perform this process three times. On the next startup, your computer should go into the Advanced startup tool.

Step two: Go to the reset tool.
To get to the tool, you need to perform a factory reset by choosing Troubleshoot > Reset this PC in the Advanced startup tool.

Step three: Start the factory resets.
To start the reset, select "Remove everything" or "Keep my files," depending on why you’re performing the factory reset.

You'll have the option to "just remove my files" or "remove files and clean drive." Again, the latter will be the more secure option, if you plan on selling your computer or giving it away. It will write over any of the data on the drive, making it harder for someone to recover any of your old data.

लगभग 978 करोड़ रुपये की लागत वाले 'चंद्रयान-2' को 3,84,400 किलोमीटर (2,40,000 मील) की यात्रा के लिए सोमवार दोपहर 2:43 बजे चेन्नई से लगभग 100 किलोमीटर दूर सतीश धवन अंतरिक्ष केंद्र से प्रक्षेपित किया गया. 

पृथ्वी के एकमात्र प्राकृतिक उपग्रह चंद्रमा, यानी चांद पर भारत अपना दूसरा महत्वाकांक्षी मिशन 'चंद्रयान-2' आंध्र प्रदेश के श्रीहरिकोटा में अपने सबसे शक्तिशाली रॉकेट लॉन्चर - GSLV Mk III - के ज़रिये प्रक्षेपित कर दिया गया है. 'चंद्रयान-2' चांद पर पानी की मौजूदगी तलाशने के अलावा भविष्य में यहां मनुष्य के रहने की संभावना भी तलाशेगा. लगभग 1 हजार करोड़ रुपये की लागत वाले 'चंद्रयान-2' को 3,84,400 किलोमीटर (2,40,000 मील) की यात्रा के लिए सोमवार दोपहर 2:43 बजे चेन्नई से लगभग 100 किलोमीटर दूर सतीश धवन अंतरिक्ष केंद्र से प्रक्षेपित किया गया. इसे पिछले सोमवार, यानी 15 जुलाई को प्रक्षेपित किया जाना था, लेकिन तकनीकी खामी पकड़ में आने की वजह से इसे अंतिम घड़ियों में, यानी प्रक्षेपण से 56 मिनट 24 सेकंड पहले रोक दिया गया था.

'चंद्रयान-2' के लॉन्च के साथ ही भारत दुनिया का चौथा ऐसा देश बन जाएगा, जिन्होंने चंद्रमा पर खोजी यान उतारा. 'चंद्रयान-2' में मौजूद 1.4 टन का लैंडर 'विक्रम' अपने साथ जा रहे 27-किलोग्राम के रोवर 'प्रज्ञान' को चंद्रमा के दक्षिणी ध्रुव पर दो क्रेटरों के बीच ऊंची सतह पर उतारेगा. लैंडिंग के बाद, 'प्रज्ञान' चांद की मिट्टी का रासायनिक विश्लेषण करेगा. वहीं 'विक्रम' चंद्रमा की झीलों को मापेगा और अन्य चीजों के अलावा लूनर क्रस्ट में खुदाई भी करेगा. वर्ष 2009 में चंद्रयान-1 के ज़रिये चंद्रमा की सतह पर पानी के अणुओं की मौजूदगी का पता लगाने के बाद से भारत ने वहां पानी की खोज जारी रखी है, क्योंकि चंद्रमा पर पानी की मौजूदगी से ही भविष्य में यहां मनुष्य के रहने की संभावना बन सकती है.
